Focus and Aim

Jurnal Paradoks Hukum accepts scholarly articles in the form of research findings or conceptual analyses aimed at enhancing the understanding and application of Indonesian law. The journal focuses on advancing legal science both theoretically and practically, particularly in the areas of economic and business law, criminal law reform, international law, customary law, and constitutional law. Articles that contribute to the development, modernization, and improvement of national law are given publication priority.
