Archieving Policy

Jurnal Paradoks Hukum implements a long-term digital archiving system using LOCKSS and CLOCKSS technologies, which allow for distributed preservation and content restoration by partner libraries around the world. Archiving is conducted legally based on explicit permission from the publisher through written agreements or online statements. The primary goal is to ensure continuous access to journal content, even in the event of technical failures or data loss. The journal also collaborates with LOCKSS network administrators to develop governance policies and legal provisions tailored to the type of content, jurisdiction, and rights related to access and copyright. This ensures that the entire archiving process is conducted legally, ethically, and in compliance with international standards.
